These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bandz Auto website and your purchase of products from Bandz Auto, operated by Bandz Products LLC. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and place an order.

You may not use our website or products for an unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or violate the rights of Bandz Auto or another person.

2. Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, prices, inventory, and availability. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and the condition of the original vehicle part.

Products may be changed, discontinued, or become unavailable without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of being purchased fraudulently. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Vehicle fitment

Vehicle searches, fitment information, model selections, and part-number searches are provided to help customers narrow the catalog. They do not replace physically comparing the replacement part with the original part.

Before ordering, customers should confirm all applicable information, including:

OEM or interchange part number
Diameter and measurements
Wheel design
Mounting clips, tabs, and retention method
Vehicle year, make, model, trim, and factory options
Product photographs and description

Parts for the same vehicle may vary depending on the original wheel, trim level, production date, or optional equipment. If you are uncertain, contact support@bandzauto.com before ordering and include photographs and measurements when possible.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under our Return and Refund Policy when an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly described, or different from what was ordered.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after payment is approved and we confirm that the product is available.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

5. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are calculated during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped according to the options and estimated timelines displayed during checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with no restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for incorrect fitment, accidental orders, or changes of mind. Bandz Auto will cover return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

8. Intellectual property

The Bandz Auto name, logo, website design, written content, and original images are owned by Bandz Auto or used with permission and may not be copied or used without authorization.

Vehicle manufacturer names, logos, model names, and part numbers are used for identification and compatibility purposes. Bandz Auto is not affiliated with or endorsed by a vehicle manufacturer unless expressly stated.

9. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and process transactions. Our website may also use payment providers, shipping carriers, applications, or links operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or independent actions of third-party websites or services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

We provide our website and services on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Products are covered by any warranties expressly stated in their product descriptions. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandz Auto and Bandz Products LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law.

12. Severability

If any portion of these terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining terms will continue in effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Minnesota and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s location.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our products, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date. Changes apply after they are published.
